All Structural timber including sub floor, framing ,trusses
& bracing were all termite treated
for peace of mind.
Baltic Pine square edged Weatherboards, pine lining boards
to raked eaves, verandah & carport .
Shingles to Gable ends.
Spotted Gum deck, with huge sit-around open fire place under
a 4m wide verandah, entertaining is a pleasure.
INTERNAL ~ Spotted Gum flooring
downstairs, 7m high Cathedral ceiling to living, open to the
