Client was seeking an experienced, hands - on Builder
to create this Dream Home. T & J Designer Builders were
commissioned, and the finished residence is spectacular !
Sited on a rise to the east of Warragul, magnificent views
are incorporated into every room of the house.

steel is used to support the second storey, and the cantilevered
second bedroom and bathroom.
The Client requested that the heating and cooling be unobtrusive,
and provide an even distribution of thermal flow.
The house features a modern functional kitchen that incorporates
indoor and outdoor cooking seamlessly, cantilevered caesar
stone kitchen benchtop to match the external facade, modern
european tapware throughout,
a feature stairway and a media room compete with motorised
drop down screen and customised acoustics.
The entire house is Smart Wired, with wall mounted touch screens
to control all heating, cooling, lighting and security features.
The system is also accessible by Internet and iphone connections.
Solar boosted hot water is utilised, and a 96,000 litre water
tank stores roof catchment,
and services the mature trees and the garden. |
